How to Get Bubbles Out of Screen Protector

If you have a screen protector, you may find that bubbles are popping up. This can be frustrating, but there are ways to get rid of these little nuisances.

The first step is to make sure your screen is clean. A quick wipe with a lint-free cloth is a good start. After that, you will need to lift the edges of the protector to allow the oil under it to escape.

For the best results, use olive oil, but you can also try cooking oil. Make sure that you don’t apply too much, or the oil will be diluted and it won’t do any good. Use a lint-free cloth to remove any excess oil.

Another good way to clean a screen protector is with a blow dryer. However, do not overheat your device or your screen protector. You might even want to try rubbing alcohol.

Some screen protectors come with a plastic card. These are great for getting rid of air bubbles. Just be sure to use a non-oily plastic card so you don’t damage your phone’s glass surface.

In addition, you can use a credit card to do the same thing. To do this, hold the card at a suitable angle over your screen. With a light touch, gently push the card from center to edge. Once you’ve pushed it all the way to the corners, you should see the bubbles pop out.

When you’re done, you should have a clear screen again. Depending on your screen protector, there might be a sticky tape to replace the protective layer.
